Billing questions

How is a call billed?

Per second of connected time. A 90-second call on the standard stack (standard voice, fast model, Munadi number) costs 1.5 × $0.09 = $0.135. Unanswered and failed calls are not billed.

What do included minutes cover?

Plan minutes cover calls on the standard stack. If you choose a premium voice or a smarter model, only the per-minute difference is charged on top.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Plans are monthly and you can cancel from your billing settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. See the refund policy for details.

Who processes payments?

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Your receipt and invoice come from Lemon Squeezy, and applicable sales tax or VAT is added at checkout.

Which currencies and payment methods?

Prices are in US dollars. You can pay by card, and by PayPal where available. Your bank may convert to your local currency.

Can I get a refund?

New subscriptions can be refunded in full within 14 days of the first payment. See our refund policy for the details.
