How is a call billed?

Per second of connected time. A 90-second call on the standard stack (standard voice, fast model, Munadi number) costs 1.5 × $0.09 = $0.135. Unanswered and failed calls are not billed.

What do included minutes cover?

Plan minutes cover calls on the standard stack. If you choose a premium voice or a smarter model, only the per-minute difference is charged on top.

Does Munadi speak Arabic?

Yes. Munadi answers in English and Arabic, including Egyptian Arabic, and switches when the caller does.

Does the caller know they are talking to an AI?

Yes. Munadi says it is an AI assistant at the start of every call, and offers a person when the caller asks for one.

What happens when a call is transferred?

Munadi passes the call to your team with a short summary. Billing stops when Munadi leaves the call.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Plans are monthly and you can cancel from your billing settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. See the refund policy for details.
